Situated on the Del Perro Pier, Pearls Seafood Restaurant features a wide selection of fresh seafood dishes. With ocean views and a full menu ranging from fish entrées to shellfish platters, it is an ideal destination for both casual and fine dining. This package includes access to the Pearls Seafood Restaurant in-game job and its job-management menu. The menu allows the approved operator to create and manage ranks and to hire, promote, demote, or fire employees. There is no package-imposed limit on the number of employees who may be hired.

This business is available by application and prior approval only. Do not purchase this package unless your application has been approved. Purchasing without approval does not guarantee access to the business.

Only the features, permissions, and assets specifically listed above are included with this subscription. Access to the restaurant is provided for in-game business use and does not grant ownership of the underlying map, MLO, scripts, or other development assets.

Your Responsibilities

As the approved business operator, you are responsible for:

• Managing the business and its employees.
• Assigning ranks and permissions appropriately.
• Overseeing the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring employees follow all applicable server and business rules.
• Keeping the business reasonably active.

Limitations and Inactivity

This package provides access to an in-game business on the Everfall server. It does not provide real-world ownership, intellectual-property rights, or ownership of any underlying server, script, map, MLO, vehicle, clothing, or other development asset.

Payment Terms

This package is a recurring subscription. If your subscription expires or payment cannot be renewed, you will have a seven-day grace period from the expiration date to resolve the payment issue.

If the subscription is not restored within those seven days, the business will be considered forfeited. Your business roles and access may be removed, and the business may be reassigned to another approved applicant. Reapplying afterward does not guarantee that the business will be returned to you.

All purchases remain subject to Everfall’s server rules and applicable store policies.
